INTERESTED IN SERVING ON THE CRA BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
BOYNTON BEACH, FL --- The City of Boynton Beach Commission is currently accepting qualified applicants for an open position on the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board of Directors. The CRA Board is comprised of the City's five Commissioners and an additional two members appointed by the Commission. The term is for four years from the date of appointment.
The CRA serves the community by guiding redevelopment activities that create a vibrant downtown core and revitalized neighborhoods within the CRA district. The CRA district is 1,650 acres along the eastern edge of the City of Boynton Beach; click here for a CRA district map. CRA Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Chambers. Additional information regarding the CRA can be obtained by at www.catchboynton.com.
Qualified applicants must reside in Boynton Beach, own a business, practice a profession, perform a service for compensation, or serve as an officer or director of a corporation or other business entity so engaged within the CRA District.
