NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY

(Section 163.380, F.S.)

This notice is being published to satisfy the procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, a public agency created pursuant to Chapter 163, Part III, of the Florida Statutes.

Pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a), Florida Statutes, the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) hereby provides notice of its intent to dispose of two (2) parcels of real property by the approval of Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Board on November 12, 2013, which parcels are more particularly identified as follows:

1. PCN: 08-43-45-21-10-005-0010 – PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES Lot 1, Less W 25 ft. & Triangular Part North Seacrest Blvd. Right-of-Way & Lot 2, Block 5

2. PCN: 08-43-45-21-10-004-0010 – PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES LOT 1 Less W 25 ft. & 20 ft. return curve area road right-of-way and Lot 2, Block 4

This intent to dispose of real property serves the public purpose of developing the Martin Luther King Corridor Area and meets the intent of the Heart of Boynton Community Redevelopment Plan.
