The CRA Board approved a contract with B&B Underground for site development of the Ocean Breeze West site, a 4.37 acre parcel located at 6th Avenue and the west side of Seacrest Boulevard. Development of 21 new single-family homes within the Heart of Boynton Neighborhood is underway, located on the former Section 108 property known as “Boynton Terrace” which was destroyed by the hurricanes of 2004 rendering the buildings uninhabitable.
