The Boynton Beach Community Development Agency (CRA) hosted a groundbreaking celebration for the Family Dollar project Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 9 am-11 am located at the southeast corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and N. Seacrest Blvd. Representatives from Family Dollar and Boos Development along with local City and CRA officials celebrated the first commercial development project in the Heart of Boynton in over 40 years.

As part of the efforts to support the commercial and economic development in the Heart of Boynton, the Boynton Beach CRA board voted to donate CRA owned land to move the Family Dollar project forward. This project is expected to be a 8,320 square feet building and will also create new jobs in this community.
